Why We Hate MS Excel?

Why almost 50% of peoples hate Excel,Yes here is simple answer because it required lot’s of patience, learning formulas and other things.And this is very difficult and time wasting task.

And the worst time is when we used our keyboard for entering data and used Mouse for navigation.

And to keep these things easy i learn some shortcut keys which help me in navigating with such MS Excel worksheets.And i am happy, Because after learn these shortcut keys MS Excel is simple for me.

And today on TrickMik i explain those navigation shortcut keys which i learn to make MS Excel easy.

Shortcut Keys For Navigating Worksheets and Workbooks:

                                                                                                                                           

To Perform Any Action:

Move to the next sheet in the workbook

Press Below Keys:

Ctrl + Page Down

Move to the previous sheet in the workbook Ctrl + Page Up
Move to the next workbook window Ctrl + F6/Tab
Move to the previous workbook window Ctrl + Shift + F6/Tab
Move to the next/previous worksheet pane in a worksheet that has been split F6/ Shift + F6

Shortcut Keys To Navigating Cells On Worksheet:

 

To Perform Any Action:

Move one cell up, down, left, or right

Press Below Keys:

Arrow Keys

Move one cell to the right Tab
Move one cell to the left Shift + Tab
Move to the edge of the current data region CTRL + Arrow Key
Move to the beginning of the row Home
Move to the beginning of the worksheet Ctrl + Home
Move to the next empty cell of the row End
Move to the last unused cell in the bottom-most row Ctrl + End
To move down one screen Page Down
To move up one screen Page Up
To move one screen to the right Alt + Page Down
To move one screen to the left Alt + Page Up
To move between unlocked cells on a protected worksheet Tab

So these are the navigation shortcut for MS Excel to make MS Excel easy….
