There are lot’s of tools and software’s are available on the internet to create Wi-Fi hotspot on windows [Windows XP,7,8] laptops.If you are unaware about these software’s and tools then here is the list.

So install one of the above tool on your windows laptops,Follow the simple instructions and create Wi-Fi hotspot on your windows laptops easily.

So here is my first question:is there is any way to create wifi hotspot on windows without using software?

And here is simple Answer Yes:Yes, by using some simple .bat commands we can create wifi hotspot on our windows laptops.

Step By Step Guide To Create Wifi Hotspot using Notepad Commands:

Step 1: Open notepad paste the below code.

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=TrickMik key=0124
netsh wlan start hostednetwork

You can change the ssid by changing the code in red colour and change the key in green colour.

Step 2: Save the file with name Start.bat and its done.By using this simple code you can create wifi hotspot in windows easily.

But How To Stop This HotSpot Connection.?Ok Watch..

Step 3: Again open notepad paste the below code and save it with name stop.bat.

netsh wlan stop hostednetwork

So to stop Hotspot connection double click to the stop.bat file and this command stop wifi hotspot connection.

Here is Brief Overview:

1) To Start the wifi hotspot connection double click to the start.bat file.

2) To stop the wifi hotspot connection double click on the stop.bat file.
